Paid plans (Pro and Max) are billed monthly. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable consumer rights law in your jurisdiction.
The Genius Room platform, design, code, and brand are our intellectual property. AI-generated conversation content is provided to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish or sell generated content without our written permission.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated content. AI systems can produce incorrect or misleading output.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on AI-generated content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in a competent jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
We may update these terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
